Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

In-Store Pick Up.

In-store pick up is available for all of our purchases. Pick-ups are available from Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm.  Collections will only be available from our Connswater Kiosk.  Located - Connswater Shopping Centre, Bloomfield Avenue, BT5 5LP, Belfast.

We offer various shipping options.  In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer Free shipping on all orders placed at the value of £30 and above.

Shipping - 2 days standard.

Subscription Service

If you are buying a subscription, this will be on a re-occurring monthly based service.  Customers are responsible for the occurring payment, or your subscription will be cancelled.

Do we deliver internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Are there any other Shipping Restrictions?

Orders only Ship on Business Days - Monday - Friday.

To ensure same day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm GMT.

What happens if my Order is Delayed?

If a delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate for delivery.
